Raffle tickets and booklets are now available in the Fellowship Hall. Please help make our event a success and help sell tickets to your friends and neighbors!
- Purchased tickets and money can be dropped in the drop box by the Church office prior to the event. There are white envelopes located in the mail slots next to the box for you to use. Please write “raffle tickets” on the front of the envelope. Tickets can also be purchased the day of the event.
- If you donated a raffle prize, please deliver it to the Church by September 6, 2025. Cash donations and gift cards (unless already enclosed in a wrapped basket with other items) should be dropped in the Church Office drop box or given to a Board of Stewardship member by August 23rd. If paying with a check, please make it payable to St. John Lutheran Church.
- Prizes can still be donated and items will be entered under the “Take a Chance” bucket. Donation slips are also in the back of church.
Thrivent Action Team Cards are needed for this year’s event. Thrivent members receive two Action Team cards each calendar year, with $250 available per project and $500 total annually. If you have a card available, please contact Kayla Bosman. She will help distribute cards to those who need them for the event. Kayla can be reached at 920-737-2031 or kaylabosman121@gmail.com.
Vendors are needed for the vendor fair from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The cost is $10 per table, and tables will be provided. To participate, contact Jennifer at 920-621-5454 or bethechangewithjen@outlook.com.
Baked goods and desserts for the event are needed. Please sign-up in the narthex if you are able to donate.
Volunteers Needed! If you would like to help the day of the event, please use the sign-up sheet in the Narthex.
Yard signs are in the narthex. Please use the sign-out sheet if you take one.
